MES Robotics qualified for PRO 2019 Finals.



Without a doubt, the MES Robotics of Marigondon Elementary School won the 3rd Place during the Elimination Round of the recent concluded 18th Philippine Robotics Olympiad 2019 at the SM North Edsa, Manila. Out of 90 plus robotics teams in elementary schools in both public and private, only 26 teams qualified to compete the PRO 2019 Finals. Ms. Mylene Abiva, ceo of Felta, re-announced the finalists on the final day September 5, 2019 of the competition. 



The MES Robotics of Marigondon Elementary School is teamed up of 3 players and 2 coaches under the support of the school principal Mrs. Susan Obiedo. The Team leader is Mike Terence G. Bonita with team members namely Meachel Terrin G. Bonita and Japhet Ivan Deiparine. Their coaches are Mrs. Bella Cabras and Mrs. Carmensita Cid (coach assist). To become a national qualifier as the Champion of Lapu-Lapu City Robotics Cup 2019 (Elementary Category) and a finalist for PR0 2019 Finals are big milestones for the MES Robotics this year. They're going home with hard earned Medals and full of wits and tactics learned from the event to face the next Robotics challenge. In line with the year's qoute "No Substitute For Hardwork, Philippine Robotics Olympiad" indeed absolutely true.

The said robotics competition had made the youngsters to build their self confidence and become proactive learners while having fun learning the STEM Education. Go kids and make difference!
